Pioneer PD-4300 Unit unable to complete seeks - much noise etc. T.O.C read OK. Even in test mode unable to lock tracking. Servo adjustment does no good. Everything cleaned and re-lubed. Sled motor appears OK but sled driver IC TA8410K showing signs of overheating (white marks and general discolouration). TA8410K replaced and fitted with a bigger heatsink. Unit OK.

Denon DCD-1300 Unit spins up but no T.O.C. Lens cleaned etc. - no good. Solders on mezzanine board (G.F.S.) found cracked. Board re-soldered - unit OK.
